We invest in housing in Southern Spain on bases short in and out.

We only invest in the short term basis. We buy existing real estate in the South of Spain in bulk and sell them individual.

Who We Are

We buy and sell confiscated existing real estate in South Spain mostly in block´s of min. 20 apartments / houses. After quick renovation we bring this real estate individual on the market. The management is Dutch and we work in Spain with top lawyers, accountants, engineer and notaries.

Strategies & Plans

Our strategy is short in and quick out in the purchase of real estate. Because we usually buy directly from banks, we often realize a 20-50% ROI within a year.

Investments

We work with capital of private, business and institutional investors.

Each project is separated from other projects and placed in a new operating company. The purchased real estate guarantees the investment through shares in that project.

For each project, there may be a situation in which one or more investors participate. No more money is collected than the purchase price and costs. As soon as that amount has been obtained, the project closes and immediately starts working on sales and purchases.

The returns from sales are always paid back to the investors first. After that, all sales are pure profit and it is distributed among the investors according to ratio of participation.

We perform the renovation under its own guidance with a team of specialists at every level. Our goal is normally completely finished the renovation in 30 days so that the real estate can immediately be sold again.

Sales are widely deployed in the market by Nansen Real Estate. Of course we use social media and a wide network.
